Antipolo City Government recognized the loyalty and years of service of civil servants during the flag ceremony last Monday, July 10.
They included members and officials of the offices of the city government. Vice Mayor Josefina Gatlabayan, city councilors, city hall employees and members of the Philippine National Police were present during the ceremony.
The employees who were recognized for their years of service are:
Twenty five years – Epifenia C. Mojica, Sangguniang Panlungsod; Clarissa D. Ortega, Budget Office; Ma. Genette L. Zapanta and Rufo S. Lalican, Assessor’s Office; and Elanor S. Lualhati, Treasurer’s Office.
Twenty years – Theodore C. Angeles, General Service Office; and Antonio Z. Ferolina Jr., Assessor’s Office.
Ten years – Jessica O. Lopez, Sangguniang Panlungsod; Ben S. Conti and Lourdes S. Reyes, Mayor’s Office; Rojoane A. Pestano, Public Information Office; Doreen D. Dumol, Human Resources Management Office; Shirley G. Arellano, Business Permit and Licensing Office; Nestor B. Lopez, City Planning and Development Office; Gregorio A. Alvaran, Accounting Office; Martha S. Surio, Procurement Office; Peter S. Coronado, Danilo A. Herrera, Ramon T. Los Banos, Eljay B. Avendano and Edna S. Aranas, General Service Office; Joselito A. Tagala, Luz G. Se and Celvie P. Torres, Treasurer’s Office.
Meanwhile, Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 candidate Patricia Kate Gonzales, Mutya ng Antipolo 2016 winner, thanked Antipolo for its continued support.
“Being a Mutya ng Antipolo 2016 opened a lot of opportunities for me to represent our dearest city,” she said.
Gonzales will represent Antipolo City in the coming Miss Tourism 2017 Coronation Night on July 30 at the Astoria Hotel, Pasig. The Mutya ng Antipolo winner thanked Mayor Casimiro “Jun” Ynares III and all the city government staff for their continued support and asked for the people’s vote through text message.
Copier equipment were also awarded to public and elementary schools of Antipolo. These were received by Ranito Gallego, Rizalvy Pineda and Myrna Bautisa of the Department of Education, Antipolo City Division.
The Tokhang Balik Aral (Alternative Learning System) also received learning materials from the city government.
